📦 Shipping Policy — FluxVac

At FluxVac, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. We partner with reliable global carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to ensure your FluxVac arrives directly at your doorstep.

🌍 Shipping Coverage & Rates

We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.


🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business weeks before being transferred to our carrier’s facility.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or limited-stock launches).

  • Once your order enters processing, we are unable to make changes (including shipping address updates).

  • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


📦 Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse locations.


🔍 Tracking Information

Every order comes with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking shows no movement after this period, contact us for support.


🚨 Delays & External Conditions

We strive for timely delivery, but delays beyond our control (customs inspections, severe weather, strikes, etc.) may affect estimated arrival times.


💸 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If the package is refused and returned, you will be charged for return shipping and any customs-related fees.

📬 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

FluxVac is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received your item, please contact the shipping provider directly and file a claim.


📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once submitted, we cannot change the address. Orders with incorrect addresses that cannot be delivered will not be refunded.
