At FluxVac, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and on time. We partner with trusted global carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to ensure your FluxVac arrives directly at your doorstep.
Shipping Coverage & Rates
We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We also run occasional free shipping promotions during special offers or campaigns. These will be clearly indicated at checkout when available.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within a few business days and shipped out within one week to ensure fast delivery.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high-demand periods (such as holidays or limited-edition launches).
Once an order enters processing, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse locations.
Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number.
Please allow up to five business days for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking shows no movement after this time, contact our support team for assistance.
Delays & External Conditions
We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, delays caused by external factors such as customs inspections, severe weather, or logistics disruptions may occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused and returned to us, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
FluxVac is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are unable to modify the address once your order has been submitted.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund.
