🔄 Returns & Refund Policy — FluxVac

At FluxVac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ll do our best to make it right.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or improper handling.

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and quality control reasons).

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


🚫 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.

  3. Still no luck? Email us at support@fluxvac.com and we’ll assist you.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photos or video of the issue.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Please contact our team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
